At Empire Pilot Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

• Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Perishable goods (if applicable)

• Digital products or downloadable items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item was damaged during shipping.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
